Delivery

• Deliveries will be dumped in a driveway only, not in a yard unless terms have been discussed
• Must have overhead clearance for the truck to be able to fully dump.
• Residential delivery truck will hold up to 15 cubic yards
• Walking floor semi for commercial deliveries will hold up to 70 cubic yards
• We also have a 70 yard semi for commercial deliveries.
• Deliveries cannot be split between neighbors, it must be dumped at one site to ensure the correct amount ordered.
• Payment is due on Delivery - Cash, Check or Credit Card
• If there will be no one present at the time of delivery we will make arrangement to ensure payment.
• Deliveries require at least a 24 hr notice, during busy seasons more time may be necessary.

Pick-Up

• Customer must have a truck or trailer with no topper or obstruction.
• We load the mulch with various front end loaders.
• We do not allow customers to put mulch in cars or vans, we will only load with our loader per cubic yard into a truck or trailer.
• We accept Cash, Check or Credit/Debit Cards
• No appointment necessary, please see the Hours of Operation
• We recommend bringing a tarp and tie-downs to secure your mulch load.

• Right on 38th St. (between Applebee's and Gas Station) follow that until-
• Right on 49th Ave. (T intersection)
• Right on 36th St. (T intersection)
• Follow road around, you will see the mulch yard on left (2 blocks down). Please enter the West gate entrance.
